Storage and Transportation
We store our products in a refrigerated environment to maintain the highest quality. Just before dispatch, they are carefully removed to ensure you receive them in optimal condition.
Our products contain a special stabilizer/preservative, allowing them to be shipped without a cooling box and stored at room temperature for up to 45 days without compromising quality or effectiveness.
Important: Upon receiving your package, store the products in the refrigerator to maintain their potency and effectiveness.

Payment Instructions
- Check your email, including your spam folder.
- Note the order amount and order number from the email.
- Complete the payment and include the order number in the transfer description.

Delivery
